Following a buffet lunch Sean McDermott will be speaking about his oversight of long range strategic planning in concert with design and construction  throughout the Park District and the Metroparks Zoo.  Sean and his staff of nineteen oversee improvements to Mestroparks' 23,000 acres of parkland, which includes 300 miles of trails, eight golf courses, and eight lakefront parks, as well as the zoo.
